Guided Meditation
A Guided Meditation is perfect for those wanting an introduction to meditation or who are wanting a little direction in their practice.
Guided Meditation is also a wonderful opportunity for time poor souls who need a short, accessible, guided escape to assist in daily stress management and balance.
What does a Guided Meditation session look like? The first few minutes of our call will be a chance to touch base, hear how your day or week is going and check in with you on any areas you’d like our practise to focus on. As we start to slow down, focus on breath and the present moment, I will take you through your custom meditation. As we come to a close on your practice we will take a few moments to touch base, talk about how you’re feeling and how to stay grounded and ready for whatever the rest of your day or week may hold.
Guided Meditation sessions are 30 minutes long and can be booked via video or audio call. I recommend joining your practice from somewhere quiet and comfortable. My clients have booked Guided Meditations from cars after school drop-off, work desks at lunch times, or a local beach in the evenings… It is your practice, you choose when and where you will benefit the most.
I invite you to book in, sit back, relax and feel the benefits of meditation from wherever you are.
