Mindful Conversations are designed to allow you to speak freely about how you are feeling, in a safe, confidential environment, to allow those negative thoughts that may arise in the form of stress or anxiousness to be let go of. A place where you can bring yourself into the present and be guided to move forward in your life in a constructive and positive way.
I invite you to book a 20 minute discovery session, this is free of charge and allows us to touch base, share what’s on your mind and see if we are a good conversating fit!
After your discovery session, sessions are usually an hour long. These can be in-person in the Taranaki region, New Zealand or via online/audio calls.
