Welcome to my passion, helping people and trying to make a positive impact in peoples lives. This is my story…

I grew up in South Africa. I moved to the UK when I was 15 and proudly joined the Royal Navy in 2000 at the age of 17. My military tours took me into different personal journeys across the Arabian Gulf, Africa, the Caribbean, all around the UK and Europe.

I left the Navy and became involved with the immigration service as a Custody Officer in Oxfordshire, where I worked for 4 years dealing with a wide range of nationalities and various cultures.

I had the opportunity to move to New Zealand in 2011, so I sold everything and moved to the other side of the world to start again.

Since being in New Zealand I have worked predominantly in the energy industry in Taranaki, and in Taupo working on geothermal wells.

Having been a volunteer for St. Johns Ambulance and Taranaki Retreat I found opportunities to work with people in my local community.

I have had my own mental health issues due to some of the jobs I have been involved in over the years. Through my personal healing I formalized qualifications in meditations and MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and the Prekure Health Coach Qualification.

My interest in helping other people process emotions and bring themselves into the present, stems from a long background in meditation and caring for people in many difficult circumstances throughout my life.

If you have any questions about services I provide, please drop me an email or give me a call. I’d love to hear from you.
